Paul has personal experience of farming which has enabled him to bring a practical focus and real understanding to farmers and landowners seeking advice in Agricultural Law.
We offer advice on farm sales and acquisitions, tenancies and the transfer and acquisition of quotas, either as part of the disposal of farms and farmlands or independently.
In recent years the presence on farmland of telecommunications masts, fibre optic cables and alike has meant we have been actively involved ourselves in negotiations with operators, in conjunction with local agricultural surveyors, on behalf of farmers and landowners.
