Paul Medlicott is the head of our hugely respected Company and Commercial Department which has experience of many aspects of corporate law, acting for companies, partnerships, sole traders and entrepreneurs both locally and nationally.
The team handles a large number of commercial property transactions every year and places great importance on achieving the objectives of clients, however demanding, and keeping them constantly informed of the progression of their specific transaction.
Paul and his team have commercial awareness and excellent technical skills, as well as knowledge of the latest legal developments, acting for both landlord and tenant in granting and taking leases of retail premises, offices and industrial sites.
The department acts for clients with extensive property portfolios and despite being a high street firm competes with the larger city firms on grounds of both service and costs.
