Recognising the need for some specialisation in the area of land development, Bruce Scobie has developed a department, which carries out work for developers large and small in the Mendip area and around the country.
The department handles the development of land for housing all the way from dealing with the legal aspects of building of a single house on a plot to the development of estates with hundreds of houses.
Dealing with such things as planning agreements, road agreements, complicated land acquisitions and the sale of plots has become the type of work which we deal with on a day to day basis in a way which has become respected by clients and property professionals alike.
