The Disputes and Litigation Department is headed by Tony Fowles. Tony and his team have a broad knowledge and understanding of all areas of litigation ranging from simple debt recovery to complex personal injury and commercial disputes. The department acts for both private and business clients.

Matters are dealt with speedily and cost effectively and in appropriate circumstances on a "no win no fee" basis. Tony and his team have a wealth of experience in non-litigation matters, which is utilised by them in providing sound practical advice to their clients.
