Tony Fowles heads our Matrimonial and Family Department and is a member of the Law Society Family Panel; a body of Lawyers who have demonstrated their experience and knowledge in handling the delicate complexities of divorce separation and family issues.
The Department is committed to resolving matrimonial disputes embracing the principles of the Solicitors' Family Law Association, which encourages the resolution of disputes through negotiation if possible. This area of law covers a wide variety of issues which Tony's team attempt to deal with in a sensitive efficient professional and cost effective manner.
