Chubb Bulleid was formed in March 1997 by a merger between Chubb Beresford which had nearly 140 years of legal expertise in Wells, and Bulleid Leeks & Co. which was formed some 60 years ago in Glastonbury and Street.
On 1st October 2004, Alan R. Walton & Company was incorporated within the firm of Chubb Bulleid and Alan Walton became a consultant within the firm.
