Tina Buck
SENIOR ASSOCIATE (FCILEX)

I am a Senior Associate of the Firm with a wealth of conveyancing experience in all aspects of residential property including Freehold and Leasehold land, Mortgages, Equity Release and Shared Ownership.  I deal with with all levels of transaction from the first time home buyer to very high value property transactions and adopt the same exceptionally high practice and service standards offering efficiency, practicality and flexibility to all of my clients.   I firmly believe that communication is key with all parties in any matter.

I have been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives since 1994 having been in private practice since 1986 in Gloucestershire with a small firm and then in Somerset from 1989 with Legal 500 Firms. I then joined Chubb Bulleid in May 2010 as I wished to return to a more personal High Street practice environment. I have always dealt with residential conveyancing covering all areas of England and Wales.

I am married to a Solicitor and we have a daughter who is a Psychology Master working for the NHS with their mental health team.  My interests and hobbies include studying and investigating history, reading, cookery, fine dining, garden design, cinema, theatre and the coast and countryside. I am a member of the National Trust, English Heritage and the Historic Houses Association and have always been involved in charity work and fund raising particularly relating to children.
