On Sunday 10th July Wells Market Place was taken over by the annual Boules Tournament hosted by Wells and Glastonbury Rotary Clubs.  We sponsored 1 of the “pistes” and fielded two teams.......

Summer Social

The rain clouds dissolved to produce a magical evening for the Chubb Bulleid summer social held at Bruce Scobie’s house at Yarley.  Staff and family were entertained by a marvellous blues and soul band called “Harlem Rhythm Cats”, a hog roast, some inflatable bouncy games and a good deal of discussion about Brexit.  All agreed it was a marvellous evening and that every event we have in the future should involve the inflatable gladiator game!

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT – UNDERSTANDING THE OPPORTUNITIES

A Seminar hosted jointly by Chubb Bulleid, Cooper & tanner and Old Mill Accountants

On Thursday 3rd March Bruce Scobie, Director at the firm, took part in a Seminar with Old Mill and Cooper & Tanner.  Old Mill were represented by Chris Bowles updating everyone on various financial and taxation issues surrounding property development.

Chubb Bulleid Director Matt Chalfont-Griffin, had a very enjoyable evening with Robert Clark and Justin Lowe, Partners of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, at Huish Park on Tuesday 1st March to watch Yeovil Town.
