Adele Wakefield

During my career, I have worked in house, within the public sector and extensively in private practice.

I have many years’ experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property for clients ranging from private individuals to public authorities.

This wide ranging experience means I am able to tailor my approach to suit the needs of my client and the transaction.

I deal with commercial landlord and tenant and asset management, investment and pension fund matters, development including options and promotion agreements, as well as transactional corporate support.

I enjoy working with my clients and other property professionals, and where relevant like to bring a team ethos to each transaction but with personal service, availability and added value.

I joined Chubb Bulleid in October 2017, having relocated to Somerset from Staffordshire where I previously held roles as Head of Department for firms in Birmingham and Staffordshire.

I have been involved for many years with Women in Property (where I was the local Chairperson) and a member of Birmingham Law Society and Birmingham Forward.

Having moved to this part of the world, I enjoy exploring this county and the beautiful countryside with my husband and dogs. In my spare time I like to visit antique fairs, artisan markets and the various local festivals

Moving house has given me the opportunity to indulge my hobby for interior design.
