Alex Saunders

I am a Residential Conveyancer who has been at Chubb Bulleid since January 2025. I have worked in residential property since 2019.

I have an undergraduate degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Criminal Law, and I graduated from the Bar Course in 2023. I began working at a small Wiltshire firm in 2021 alongside my Bar studies, undertaking general litigation, and both contentious and transactional property work. Through this role, I decided to re-qualify as a solicitor, and I am currently navigating the SQE exams and hope to qualify in early 2027.

Originally from London, I have lived and studied in various places including Birmingham, Scotland, and Hong Kong. I have now settled down with my wife Rachel and Sprocker Spaniel ‘Welly’ in Bath, where I spend most of my time trying to renovate our house!

When I do get any spare time, I may well be found on our allotment, walking in the countryside, or, if I can sneak away, in a river somewhere attempting (but most likely failing) to catch a trout.
