Louise Carver

I provide professional support to the property department.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and during my career I have worked at Clarke Willmott in their Taunton office, TLT in their Bristol office, Withy King in their Bath office, back to Clarke Willmott’s Taunton office and now Chubb Bulleid in their Wells office. I joined Chubb Bulleid in June 2018.

During my career I have dealt with a wide variety of commercial property work and built up a specialism in property development, acting for both land owners and developers.

My property development experience includes dealing with acquisitions and sales, conditional contracts, options, overage, site assembly, set up and onward sale of new-build residential, commercial and mixed use schemes as well as dealing with S106 planning agreements.

My usual office hours are 10am – 2pm Tuesday to Friday.

I have always enjoyed building strong relationships with my clients and have had a relationship based on friendship and trust with many of the clients that I have had the pleasure to work with.

I settled in Somerset in 2013 with my builder partner. We now have a young child and live in our cottage that my partner renovated for us.  My interests are music, walking, gardening and now playing and socialising with a rambunctious little boy!  I play the piano and the French horn and before I had my little boy I enjoyed playing the French horn in local amateur orchestras.
