Claire Tofts

I am an experienced commercial property solicitor dealing with a wide variety of commercial property transactions. I have a particular emphasis on sales and purchases of commercial properties, acting for landlords or tenants on leases and associated matters, financing/refinancing of commercial properties and the property aspects of business sales and purchases.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and my experience includes acting for individuals, companies, banks, investors and pension funds. I enjoy building relationships with clients and providing clear, pragmatic and commercial legal advice.

I work in the Taunton and Street offices at Chubb Bulleid, bringing a wealth of experience gained from working at large law firms in the South West.

I have lived in Somerset for 25 years and love being here, so I hope that I am now well on my way to being classed as a local. I am married with two sons and outside of work I enjoy walking the dog (a hairy lurcher) and travel.
