I am a Litigation Solicitor at Chubb Bullied, having qualified in July 2026 after successfully completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
After graduating from the University of Bristol, I gained experience across both litigation and family law before choosing to specialise in litigation following qualification. Over the past three years, I have assisted on a broad range of disputes, including small claims, fast track, intermediate track, and multi-track matters.
My litigation experience includes landlord and tenant possession claims, housing disrepair, boundary and nuisance disputes, rights of way and access issues, claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), and contractual disputes involving breach of contract and misrepresentation.
I have also advised and assisted clients on contentious private client and family law matters, including divorce, non-molestation orders, child arrangements, contentious probate, and financial remedy proceedings. This experience has strengthened my ability to support clients through sensitive and often complex legal issues, although my practice is now focused exclusively on litigation.
I take a practical and solution-focused approach to resolving disputes. I work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, pragmatic advice, with a focus on achieving efficient and cost-effective outcomes while avoiding court proceedings wherever possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, surfing, exploring creative pursuits, and keeping active.
