Louise Wall

I am an experienced commercial property solicitor and enjoy a varied practice.  I qualified in 2005 and have since then worked at various firms based both in the UK and abroad.  I joined Chubb Bulleid in April 2025 and am based in the Wells office.

I advise on a wide range of commercial sales and purchases, with a focus on investment acquisitions and sales, and transfers of going concerns. I also advise clients on commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants, and on  portfolio and lease management work.  I also have experience advising landlord clients on the grant of lease for solar developments and telecommunication equipment.

I live near Wells with my husband and two children and our spaniel.  Most of my time outside of work is spent ferrying my children to their enviable social commitments which certainly keeps me busy.
