I joined Chubb Bulleid in the summer of 2025 as an Associate and Licensed Conveyancer. With over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a client-focused approach to the team.
My legal career began in 1999 as a legal secretary and I moved into residential conveyancing in 2006. After having my first child, I decided to pursue formal qualification via a distance learning course through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). Balancing work, study, and motherhood was no small feat and qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2022 is one of my proudest achievements.
Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise across all areas of residential property, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, auctions, new builds, unregistered titles, repossession sales, and adverse possession claims. I also have a strong working knowledge of rentcharges and other residential property matters.
My career has taken me through a wide range of legal environments — from large corporate firms, where I supervised a team of 14 to smaller two-partner practices and mid-sized firms where I have experience of heading up a department. This breadth of experience has shown me exactly where I belong and I’m delighted to be part of the growing Chubb Bulleid family. I am driven by a passion for delivering exceptional client service with clear and proactive communication, approachability, warmth, empathy and a healthy dose of humour along the way.
Born and raised in North Somerset, I am married with two children and part of a large, close-knit family. We’re somewhere between The Waltons and The Griswolds! I’ve recently taken up women’s softball cricket — my first ever team sport — which I find exhilarating and incredibly rewarding. It turns out, you really can teach an old dog new tricks. Outside of work, I’m a hugely devoted foodie who loves poring over recipe and cocktail books and cooking up a storm with my sisters and friends. I also enjoy reading but my main passion is music. I take great pride in my ever-growing, eclectic vinyl collection. When I am not stood on the sidelines cheering on my children during their sports, you might also find me volunteering to help organise social and fundraising events for local schools and sporting clubs in my home-town.
