Debra Morley

Originally from West Sussex, I moved to Somerset in 2012 and have been working in the world of Residential Property since 2009.  Having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2016, I am an experienced lawyer specialising in all aspects of conveyancing, to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build purchases and those involving Help to Buy.

From first time buyers looking to purchase their first home together to advising investors looking to expand their property portfolio, I have experience in advising a wide range of clients and consider myself to be a proactive, friendly and approachable lawyer where no question is a silly one!  I appreciate that moving home can be one of the more stressful events in life and strive to make the experience a positive one for my clients.

Outside of work, I have a love for musical theatre and enjoy beach walks, live music, time with friends and being a(n embarrassingly) proud Mum to my amazing little boy

Beach or Countryside

Definitely the beach – having spent my childhood playing on Brighton beach, I seemed to have hopped my way along the coast over the years, finally settling in Somerset.  I am lucky enough to live a stones’ throw from the beach and spend a lot of time there with family and friends. 

Summer or Winter

An easy choice – summer hands down!  The long sunny days and light evenings are the best.

Favourite Drink

A very cold pint in a very cold glass on a hot day.

Something people don’t know about you

I once abseiled down Battersea Power Station dressed as a flying squirrel (for charity and without a beer in hand)!
