I joined Chubb Bulleid in April 2021 as Litigation Executive within the Litigation Department, based in the Street office.
Before coming to Chubb Bulleid, I worked for a firm in Exeter, again working in litigation. Prior to that, I worked for a firm in North Dorset within litigation for a number of years.
I am studying for my final examination with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, to obtain my Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice. I am currently completing the on-the-job training element, which is similar to that of a training contract. Within the next 1-2 years, I will qualify as a CILEX Lawyer specialising in litigation.
I advise on a range of litigation legal issues and will act for both businesses and individuals. I will advise on various matters, including matters concerning consumer disputes, claims for debt, contractual breaches and disputes between landlords and tenants.
I live in Yeovil with my fiancée, Emily. Outside of work, we like to get out and about with our dog and train together at our local gym. We also spend a great deal of time down the stable yard where my fiancée is teaching me to ride.
Cat or dog?
We have both! First to join the ranks was an already elderly cat, Pheobe, who we adopted from family when we first bought our house. Next to join was our cockapoo called Leo. We also have an assortment of fish and a very tall Warmblood mare, named Bliss.
Favourite TV show/film?
Friends, without a doubt. Followed very closely by Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
I would say one of the new Land Rover Defenders- one day soon, for sure!
Coffee, specifically, a gingerbread latte.
