Julia Sacco

 

I am a solicitor in the family department based in our Wells office.

 

I qualified as a solicitor in 2012 at a Family Law Practice in Cardiff. I chose to specialise in family law because I feel that this is the area of law that I find most rewarding. I enjoy seeing the journey that clients go through and knowing that I have been there to help them along the way. I have always been interested in Law and started volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau when I was at college. I knew that it was the career for me because I enjoyed listening to the wide range of issues that people would come in with and knowing that I could find a solution for them.

 

I am a member of Resolution which means that I take time to understand what really matters to my clients and work in a constructive manner to ensure that the best outcome.

 

I grew up in Shropshire and now live in Bristol with my husband and our 2 children. We enjoy the way that Bristol is a city that is surrounded by countryside and close(ish) to the beach. In my spare time I enjoy baking and doing arts and crafts with my children and going out for walks.

 

Favourites

 

Beach/City – I would have said city when I was younger, but now life is pretty hectic, so I want to relax on a beach! I do love city breaks though and looking at the impressive buildings and ruins and also people watching.

 

Season – I love winter because I get really excited about all the festivities around then . I also love the way that the air feels fresher, and everything looks prettier in the frost and snow. It also feels so good to be cosy by a fire.

 

Drink – I love red wine. I have started liking white wine in the summer,  but red is definitely my favourite!

 

Cats or dogs – I grew up with dogs, but I now have a cat and I am sold on cats!
