I am a Residential Conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience based within the firm’s Street Office acting for private clients specialising in all aspects of buying and selling homes in all parts of the UK with an extensive portfolio.   I also advise on buying or selling houses through property auctions where experience can be invaluable.

Dealing with all aspects of leasehold and freehold transactions including new builds, shared ownership, re-mortgaging including buy-to-let and transfers of equities breaking down the complicated and emotional process that is sometimes involved in moving, buying your first home or changing direction.

Having joined Chubb Bulleid in 2000, I endeavour to help clients through their transaction using plain language and communicating with everyone involved to make the experience as stress free as possible and do everything possible to provide a friendly, relaxed and efficient service.  My colleagues often say that I go above and beyond what is required with clients being treated as friends rather than clients!  As a result I am pleased to say that I am frequently recommended by both existing clients and professionals for residential conveyancing work both locally and through a number of London Estate Agents.

During my spare time, I enjoy all types of sport, equestrian activities, yoga, fitness in general and a lot of retail therapy much to the annoyance of my husband; living in a small Village and being married to a Farmer means that I am definitely an outdoor person who enjoys country living but also sharing with him as many foreign adventures as possible.

My Favourites

Beach or countryside – whilst I am a great sun worshipper it has to be the Countryside with its ever changing landscape throughout the seasons.

Favourite season – it would have to be the Summer with the longer days, warmer nights, barbeques and the social side of Summer.

What would be top of your bucket list – I have always wanted to visit close friends in Australia but have never as yet had the opportunity to do so. Hopefully sometime in the near future!

Cats or Dogs –  a difficult one!  My husband and I have a working dog called Coco, who is definitely a pampered pooch(!!) and three tabby Cats who dominate our home!

Favourite Sport – definitely Rugby!   I am a very firm Bath supporter and enjoy attending home and away games where possible.  My passion for rugby has absolutely nothing to do with men in short shorts!!
