Re-mortgages

A re-mortgage is the removal of a mortgage from a house and its replacement with another. It involves obtaining title deeds and the amount to redeem the old mortgage, carry out searches and checking title and other matters for the new lender. We explain the mortgage to you, write to you to sign and then complete the new mortgage, repaying the old. Then we register this mortgage.
