Natasha Macdonald
CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE

I started in the Legal world in 1999 and became a Chartered Legal Executive having qualified in 2008.  In 2013 I shifted from litigation to move into the world of Conveyancing and now undertake all forms of buying and selling properties in the UK.

I deal with all types of property transactions and am experienced with freehold and leasehold (particularly favouring leasehold properties – a lot of Conveyancers pet hate), New Builds and re-mortgaging as well as dealing with transfers of equity and Help to Buy matters.

I joined Chubb Bulleid in January 2020 – their client ethos and professionalism having appealed to me – and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far.  It is clear that they agree with going the extra mile to assist clients and I like to do so in a simple manner ensuring all aspects of their transaction is clearly explained to them and understood by them in a friendly and professional manner.  Indeed, my feedback from clients so far has been very positive!  I tend to be a very calm person and have had clients tell me that my manner has helped them from going insane and I have been a calming influence in what can be a very stressful situation.

During my spare time, I enjoy looking after my cats (yes, crazy cat lady alert.)  Believe it or not having 2 cats around is almost as manic as children).  I also enjoy dancing and socialising- you can’t beat live music and I have been to many music gigs ranging from Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Pink, Greenday, Blondie, Adam Ant, Prince and Caro Emerald – a very eclectic mix and most of them several times.  I was very lucky to have seen Prince and David Bowie.  I have a quiet side too and can be found reading, cross stitching and walking.

My Favourites

Beach or Countryside

Definitely the beach.  The sound of the waves on the shore and the salt in the air.  That feeling of freedom when you’re standing in open water with the vast sea in front of you.

Summer or Winter

I love the summer and the energy it brings with, of course, the obligatory water fights, although there is also something to be said about snuggling up in the middle of winter with those you love around you.

Favourite Film

Coyote Ugly.  Such a feel-good film with plenty of music and dancing!

Favourite Drink

A good old cup of tea (although I will say it has to be very milky).
